Acne: It’s Not Hormonal, It’s Your Body Cleansing Itself

I got tired of seeing so many people suffer with acne and pimples. Our body is perfect; acne and pimples have absolutely nothing to do with our hormones. It’s our body eliminating toxins.

The #1 time for cleansing and repair in our body is while we sleep. Try not to eat after 6 pm and try to go to bed before 9 pm.

In my case, my body doesn’t like some dairy products and eliminates those toxins through pimples. All bodies are different; maybe in some cases it’s not dairy, but some other toxin. Eat as naturally as possible, cook vegetables and greens, eliminate ultra-processed foods and canola/soybean oils. It’s better to use butter, or grass-fed beef or pork lard.

If you find the toxin(s) that your body eliminates through pimples and stop consuming it(them), I don’t think it should be necessary to stop eating at 6 pm or go to bed by 9 pm—although they are healthy habits nonetheless, not strict at all. Our body is made to cleanse itself; the problem is when we give it too much work and also don’t rest properly.

Maybe in my case it’s not even the dairy; maybe it’s the industrialization. I haven’t yet tried raw, fresh, pasture-raised dairy. I simply don’t overindulge in the ones I already know give me pimples: cream, chocolates, ice cream.

Ultimately, toxins could also be toxic emotions or toxic people around us. We are energy; everything is energy.
