L’Ile de France Restaurant was created by Jean Claude Fromont in 1978. Today, L’Ile de France is located on Avenida Escazú and is part of the Rello Gastronomic Group (GGR).

L’Ile de France Restaurant is the real traditional French cuisine in Costa Rica. With over 30 years of experience and culinary tradition, fused with a modern contemporary environment, resulting in a unique dining experience in the country.

The menu is a delicate creation of chef Jean Claude Fromont, who aims to offer a mix of traditional cuisine from the “Island of France” with the new “fashion fusion”, which is reflected in every dish such as pates, soups and desserts.
